Meet Nick

Nick Goodman is an accomplished Leader and Advisor with 13 years of success across the media and technology industries. His broad areas of expertise include project management, team leadership, change management, and strategic planning.

Nick holds a leadership position as the Owner at ITologist, LLC where he helps new businesses strategically develop their technology infrastructure and accelerates existing businesses by streamlining and gaining control of every facet of their technology service and operation.

He has also served as the Technology Operations Manager for Cox Media Group where he was directly responsible for the operational integrity of all technology and services provided, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical staff with a focus on super-serving the customer base.

Previously, Nick led as the IT Manager for Cox Media Group. For his exceptional leadership, he has been recognized with an Employee Long-Term Incentive Award, Employee Spotlight Recipient, Engineering Team of the Year, and twice for Customer Service Employee of the Year.

Nick has the rare experience of being a boots on the ground technician, rising to leadership roles in the corporate space while working closely with C-level executives to crossing the other side of the aisle in founding and operating his own business.

Nick obtained his Bachelor of Science in Information Management & Technology as well as a Master of Science in Information Management from Syracuse University. He has also received certification for Custom Electronics Design and Installation Association - Electronics Systems Certified (ESC) from CEDIA, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, as well as Contract Law: From Trust to Promise to Contract from Harvard University.
